Positive: Gorgeous apartment, in a newly completed building with a retained facade. Loads of space, very nicely equipped, everything is new and of good quality. Location is very close to the centre of Faro with all that has to offer. The roof terrace does not have any view, but is a very pleasant place to sit. We didn't want to leave!

Negative: Not really a negative, but Nelson gave us so many recommendations we forgot half of them - perhaps include them in the information book in the apartment - this would also make the 'check-in' process quicker!

Positive: We traveled with our 1 year old daughter and the apartment had plenty of space and everything we could've possibly needed - including a cot with bedding. The host was so helpful and even bought round a bottle of wine to help us celebrate my birthday, and organised us a taxi back to the airport with a car seat.

Negative: My only criticism is that the sofa was quite small for us to relax on in the evening - not such a problem if you don't have a child going to bed early-on in the evening!

Summary: Couldn't have asked for more.

Positive: What a beautiful property, it had everything you need and the rooftop terrace and use of the pool were the icing on the cake. The host , Nelson was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend to groups and families as the accommodation is ideal for both. Can’t wait to stay again.

Positive: We were a family of five and stayed at this property for four nights. The apartment is very spacious, featuring two bedrooms and a loft with both a bed and a sofa bed. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and the apartment includes a well-appointed kitchen and a comfortable living room. There are four French balconies, a large terrace, and three bathrooms, which made our stay very convenient. The cleanliness was outstanding—so much so that it felt as if we were the very first guests to stay there. The location is excellent: within walking distance to nearly everything in downtown Faro, yet still peaceful and quiet in the evenings. One minor drawback is that the air conditioning unit’s outlet is located on the terrace, which generates quite a bit of noise. Nonetheless, it was still nice to have access to the outdoor space. Additionally, the high ceilings in the apartment cause quite a bit of echo; I would suggest the host consider some acoustic improvements. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.
